Summary
Rosa Ruggeri obtained her Degree in Physics (Condensed Matter Physics) at the University of Messina in 2009, developing part of her research activities in collaboration with the Institute for Microelectronics and Microsystems (IMM) of the CNR in Catania. During her masters study, she obtained also the qualification of: “Expert researcher in materials, their characterization and process technologies for the realization of electronic devices on plastic substrates.”
In 2013 she got her PhD. During PhD period, she spent ten months as visiting student at LPICM-CNRS Ecole Polytechnique, Palaiseau (Francia).
Her research activities mainly concern: thermal annealing with infrared laser of materials for microelectronics and solar cells and, in particular, their structural characterization by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
She is author or coauthor of 10 publications in international journals (JCR). She has presented the results of her work at the main European conferences giving oral contributions.
From November 2012, she is involved in Beyond Nano Project with a 2 years fellowship
